This is the third year that we have gone with my sister and parents to the pumpkin patch. The first year we went just west of Loveland to one at Ellis Ranch. We all really enjoyed that one, but in 2007 they weren't holding it so we tried one closer to home. We went to Anderson Farm- we too enjoyed that one, but this year we wanted to go back to Ellis Ranch. So on Saturday we all met up and
headed there, only to find out that they again this year were not holding a Fall Festival. What do we do now? My sister quickly started to do some research and found one further north/west in the mountains. We thought we'd give it a try. After 2 hours in the car driving back and forth we made it to Tip Top Ranch. The kids had so much fun. I am glad that we found another to try again this year. Where will we go next year? For sure Ellis Ranch is out of question!

We had so much fun. The kiddos were so cute.
That looks like loads of fun. I still have yet to take my kids to a pumpkin patch. Last year Brett didn't think our kids would enjoy it and this year, well he's a little too far away to come with us now. Someday we'll make it to a pumpkin patch.
There's got to be something a little closer to home!
