I was able to talk Jamey into buying a rocket today so that the boys could have something fun to do. Hobby Lobby had all their rocket stuff 30% off, so mid-morning we headed out to find a kit. While I was at my doctors appointment this afternoon and Jamison was napping; Jamey and Spencer assembled and decorated the rocket. Then after I got home and dinner was done we called the Morris' over and launched the rocket 3 times, until it landed on the neighbors roof. Thus spurred the first meeting of our neighbors with Jamey going through the window of their master bedroom to climb on the roof to retrieve the rocket. What nice people we have living next us!

Pregnancy Photos
We took the kids on Monday to get their Easter/ Jamison's 3 year old pictures taken. While doing these other photos, I wanted to get some pictures taken of the kids and Jamey with my expanding tummy. I think that they turned out magnificently. I am going to wait to share Jamison's and the Easter pictures. We went to a new photographer this time- not that we haven't been happy with our dear friend Becky- but she is so darn busy and is expecting her 2nd child next month. If you want another option try Jen Coet. She did such a wonderful job with the kids; plus she had some really great places and poses.

My Valentine
I don't gush about my husband hardly ever- mostly because anyone who knows him, knows he is a pretty neat guy, but today I wanted to just publicly say how much I love him. Jamey gave me a bunch of roses 9 years ago and told me that he wanted to get the amount of roses that he wanted to spend in years with me, but the store didn't have enough. This was all before he actually proposed. I guess I knew right then, that he was the one that I wanted to spend the rest of my life and all of eternity with. I love him more everyday- he really is my very best friend and I can't imagine life without him.

Speed Scrap #2
Here are the instructions:
Step one-Pick ONE picture!
Step two- Pick 8 papers, 3 need to be patterned
Step three- Create some sort of shapes with your papers (squares, rectangles, circles...whatever you prefer!)
Step four- Either make or place a border on your layout
Step five- Place ONE embellishment and ONE embellishment ONLY!
Step six- Make your title-it must have both alpha and a font!
Step seven- Add a date and some drop shadows! Upload it to the gallery and link back to forum!
I am really enjoying these- they are helping me to be a bit more creative and think outside the box. Using only one embellishment was hard- but like I said I really like how it turned out.
Here is how I found out about these- check it out!!

He's Gone...
Early this morning my grandfather passed away. It was somewhat expected, but how do you prepare yourself for the loss of someone you love? He has really struggled since the death of my grandmother, and my mom said on Monday when she saw him that he was completely nonreponsive. What a joyous reunion he and my grandmother had on the other side!!
